CHILLED MANGO SOUP
INGREDIENTS:
- 500g frozen mango
- 200g cucumber
- 30g fresh chili
- 40g olive oil with mandarin
- 50g white balsamic
- 10g salt
- 5g white pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
We put all the ingredients in a blender and blend them until the soup is smooth. For serving, top with two thin slices of fresh chili.
