CHILLED MANGO SOUP

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500g frozen mango
  • 200g cucumber
  • 30g fresh chili
  • 40g olive oil with mandarin
  • 50g white balsamic
  • 10g salt
  • 5g white pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

We put all the ingredients in a blender and blend them until the soup is smooth. For serving, top with two thin slices of fresh chili.
