BEEF TATAKI, TERIYAKI & PAN FRIED VEGETABLE GYOZA

INGREDIENTS:

  • 180g beef fillet
  • BBQ spice mix for steak
  • Kosher salt
  • 30g olive oil
  • 100g teriyaki sauce
  • 30g fresh coriander leaves
  • 30g fresh onion
  • 150g gyoza vegetable

INSTRUCTIONS:

We marinate the meat with the spices, salt and a bit of olive oil. We heat a pan until it’s very hot, add a little oil, and sear the meat on all sides. Once it is ready, we set it aside.
In another pan, we add a bit of oil, place the gyoza and cook them over low heat for about 7-8 minutes. In a bowl, we dilute some teriyaki sauce with a little water. We add half of it to the gyoza just before serving them. We slice the meat thinly and place it on the plate. On top, we sprinkle coarse salt and drizzle the remaining teriyaki sauce. We finish with fresh coriander leaves and finely chopped spring onion.
