GRILLED RIBEYE WITH PEPPER SAUCE
INGREDIENTS:
- 300g ribeye
- BBQ spice mix for steak
- coarse salt
- 30g olive oil
- 60g mix peppercorns
- fresh thyme
- 50g red wine
- 100g beef stock
- 60g butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
We marinate the meat with the spices, olive oil, and salt, and then grill it. In a saucepan, we add a little oil, the thyme, and the mixed peppercorns, and sauté them well. Then we deglaze with the wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Next, we add the beef stock and let it boil well for about 10 minutes over high heat. Finally, we add the cold butter and stir continuously until it melts and the sauce thickens.
