OVEN-BAKED TURKEY WITH POTATOES
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 whole Prims turkey, cut into pieces
- 3 kg fresh potatoes
- 2 red onions
- 3 carrots
- 3 bay leaves
- 80g Clovis honey mustard
- 100g Bio Orto olive oil
- 60g Greca Botanica lavender
- 30g Greca Botanica thyme
- juice of 3 oranges
- zest of 1 orange
- 50g La Drogheria pepper with berries
- 60g Murray River Salt
- 60g white wine
INSTRUCTIONS:
Marinate the turkey pieces with salt, pepper, and olive oil, and set them aside. Cut the potatoes, onions, and carrots, and spread them evenly in a baking tray. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Place the marinated turkey pieces on top. Cover the tray and bake at 190°C for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Then uncover and continue baking for another 30 minutes, until the turkey is nicely browned.
