OVEN-BAKED TURKEY WITH POTATOES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 whole Prims turkey, cut into pieces
  • 3 kg fresh potatoes
  • 2 red onions
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 80g Clovis honey mustard
  • 100g Bio Orto olive oil
  • 60g Greca Botanica lavender
  • 30g Greca Botanica thyme
  • juice of 3 oranges
  • zest of 1 orange
  • 50g La Drogheria pepper with berries
  • 60g Murray River Salt
  • 60g white wine

INSTRUCTIONS:

Marinate the turkey pieces with salt, pepper, and olive oil, and set them aside. Cut the potatoes, onions, and carrots, and spread them evenly in a baking tray. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Place the marinated turkey pieces on top. Cover the tray and bake at 190°C for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Then uncover and continue baking for another 30 minutes, until the turkey is nicely browned.
