PANNA COTTA WITH BERRIES


INGREDIENTS:

  • 300ml Virgilio cream
  • 150ml milk
  • 5g vanilla powder
  • 350g sugar
  • 20g gelatine
  • 200g Berrymark frozen berries
  • 5g lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS:

We place the berries and the lemon in a pot along with 200g of sugar and cook them over low heat until they turn into a syrup. We then set it aside to cool. Next in another pot, we add the heavy cream, vanilla, the remaining sugar and the milk, and bring them to a boil. Once the mixture begins to boil, we add the gelatine and continue boiling for 1 more minute. Then, we pour the mixture into a container and let it cool in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. Once the panna cotta has set, we add the berry syrup on top and serve.
